  • I have been coming here for almost 10 years. The office staff has become very rude, especially the girl who checks you in. I thought there was no charge for a recheck and she was very rude and said , "well you can leave if you want". I was also told by the girl who checks you out that my insurance does not cover desert radiology. Well, I called my insurance and desert radiology is covered so between my insurance company and myself we left 4 messages including 1 for the manager for a new referral who was supposed to call back by the end of the day. No one called back...shocker this has happened before, so I was stuck with southwest medical and a technician that didnt know what she was doing. I had also switched doctors because the one I had for about 8 years screwed up and I had to come back a few days later. But the disrespectful attitude from the girl up front today is my last straw!!
