First Impressions mean a lot. I can not rate the massage experience because I canceled based on the scheduling/interrogation when I called to make an appointment. This, along with the push to prepay over the phone, turned me off completely.
Based on reviews and comments from a friend I have no doubt the quality of service is good. However, this impersonal and even a bit snooty communication style practiced by the receptionist is a red flag for me.
If the owner/management is engaged closely with the day to day operations I hope they read yelp reviews. This is an opportunity to improve your business image in this real-time social media environment in which we live.
