  • If I could give negative stars I would. We contracted with vintage in July. It is now February and we still do not have a completed pool. We just received a release from them to sign before they will plaster that absolves them from ANY defects including discoloration, cracks, peels.. Anything! Every single step had been a struggle with this company. They have been dismissive and borderline rude and clearly have no motivation for pleasing their customers. We are paying four times what we paid for our pool in Florida and have been made to feel like pests. We are considering seeking avenues for recourse.
