Called an made a time to arrive for 20 minutes later. I was in, patched up & out in 45 minutes. The girl at the front desk was not very friendly, but the staff in the back were awesome. The doctor was friendly, gave me great information and gave me the left over material to cover my wound at home incase it came off. Highly recommends this place, but make sure you call and set a time to arrive. It will cut out the wait time.
Updating me review. I received a bill from Nextcare for an outrageous price. Under the services it says "your insurance has processed the claim." As we are military we should not have received a bill. I call my insurance and they inform me no claim has been made. Interesting bc I have nextcare my insurance card and all my information at check in. I then call the billing for nextcare and she informs me they have no insurance on file. Then she tells me they send these out to everyone. My question is why then lie and say that this is the bill after my insurance has processed the claim. The lady was very nice and took my insurance information and told me she would be sending it to the insurance company. I'm not pleased with how they receptionist do not information to the insurance company and how the billing department makes it appear as if you have a balance from the insurance when they have not attempted to bill the insurance company. It is too many disconnects with this company. I'm hoping the issues will get resolved quickly. However, I will not be returning to a nextcare facility again. And the five star review I gave it have turned into a now 3 star.
