  • Absolutely ridiculous customer service. The staff has no idea what's going on, and how to communicate with each other or the customers. I ordered a shredded chicken salad, and the staff said they ran out, okay understandable, they let us know the chicken will be ready in 10 minutes, we wait, and we ask again when it will be ready, and they say in another 10 minutes. So 20 minutes later, and finally we get our chicken. The experience was definitely one I'll remember to never come back to this location again.
