  • I was a resident here for one year. Okay so let me break it down. In that one year 3 major things happened. 1. My car was almost stolen thanks to my antitheft system in the car it wasn't. All was caught on camera but the office said they have 0 liability for that so ended up paying 600 for the whole steering column replaced and had to go to the dealer. Which I understand -okay! 2. A week later my car with 5 others cars had broken windshields apparently because of vandalism. The manager Kelly-oh man she's evil- wasn't ready to pay me anything until I found out myself that the other cars that were broken were actually getting reimbursed for the windshields. 3 THE LAST BLOW THAT JUST TORE ME. I had $600 in deposit and accidentally I also paid a $100 extra for my last month with these two together was a sum of $700. The apartment I had was an upgraded one and when I left I made sure everything was clean. An example, I took out every single piece of glass from the fridge and lathered it with soap and cleaned it. I cleaned the bathrooms. The cabinets were just like new because I had put linen on all my cabinets when I moved in. After I moved out I was told that a fee for not cleaning my carpet would be deducted however that was not the case they send me 44$ in return. I was astonished as I was already going through a lot since I moved to Columbus to study in Ohio State University I needed funds and at this time I was on the verge of becoming homeless because I wasn't anticipating a $44 check. When I called Kelly asking she said it was not her choice and that she just took pictures and sent to the corporate office and they decided which of course is bs. I have called corporate office at least 9 times and left rigorous voicemails the big boss never returned my calls. I don't have time and money to do a lawyer so I am doing the least I can do.
