Not very helpful customer service at all. There is an ad in store on a sale item that says that it can be put on hold but Steve told me that there is no way possible they can do that even though the sign did say that... it would have been nice if he would have just walked me over and showed me the signed (if it really wasn't able to be put on hold) and explained it to me a little more if that was indeed the case and I was mistaken. Not even a week ago I went into the same store and spoke with another associate (whom was very sweet, wish I knew her name) and she told me that during the Fourth of July sale that it could be put on hold and used for the sale going on. Because of my good experience with her, I'll rate my experience a little higher, because when she's there and a few other associates I'd give them 4 stars. But for this visit I'd give a 1.
