  • Beyond disappointed!!! Honestly as a diamond member I am completely disgusted by this establishment. Came here around 3am. The valet was full but they were expecting diamond and 7 star members. I pulled up and told him I'm a diamond card holder and didn't have my card with me but I was more then happy to grab one on my way out. He looked at me and called me a liar and said go get one now. Made me leave my car in the middle of the pull up and running inside. After I got my card and showed him instead of him saying sorry he just gave me attitude and didn't even want to park my car which is frustrating because the place was empty. Employees like this are the reason I will never come back to a total rewards establishment. As a diamond member I spent a lot of money playing in these casino you would think I'd get treated with a little bit of respect. But no. I get called a liar instead. It's awful how your employees treat people. Not just diamond member but people in general. Everyone deserves respect. I made the mistake of coming here but I won't let that happen again. Back to MLife I go. Annoyed.
