  • I have lived here since February and have had a great experience. The apartments are absolutely beautiful and spacious. I moved from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom and it doesn't feel small at all because of the great layout. You cannot beat this location right in central Phoenix! Sprouts, Starbucks and restaurants are right across the street. Just around the corner is the Biltmore and tons of great restaurants and shopping. Scottsdale is just 10 minutes away. The office staff is very professional and responsive to any issues. They truly want you to enjoy your experience here. They do community events like Taco Tuesday, Brunch by the pool and other group events to help you meet your neighbors. It really feels like a community here. The place is well built and I rarely hear noise from my neighbors. I feel like I live in a resort and look forward to coming home.
