  • We made an appointment to have a few blinds repaired at our house. Not only did no one show up, the blind repair service hasn't returned any of our calls after 1 full business day. We received no phone calls or voicemails at any of the numbers we provided that the service was cancelled, anyone was lost, or there was a miscommunication somewhere. We have yet to hear back from Fineserve with any explanation. I wouldn't recommend them as they did not value our time or our business enough to even return our calls regarding the missed appointment.
