  • I had my car towed to Sun Devil after it died on me for the third time. By the time it made it to Sun Devil it started fine and they were unable to find the cause. They test drove it multiple times but could not replicate the issue and it was unclear what could be causing it. Since they were unable to find the cause they didn't charge me anything. A week later the check engine light came on so I took it back in hopes they could now locate the cause. They ran the codes and found what they believed to be the issue. Since my car is fairly new they were not able to perform one of the pieces of the repair (resetting the computer). Rather than try and do part of it they suggested it would be best to take it to the Ford dealership and again charged me nothing. A lot of shops would have taken full advantage of the situation and charged me as much as possible, but they made sure to do what was best for the situation. Major props to Steve for keeping me up to date, explaining everything very well, and taking the time to get the issue resolved in the best way possible.
