  • The only good thing is you get to both outlet shop and visit a real Arizona ghost town if you come here. Half the retail space is empty, they actually removed some of it for more parking, probably so it doesn't look as pathetic. This place was screwed years ago, and with all the newer outlets in Phoenix that was the nail in the coffin.
