  • This practice is a joke! Staff is rude and dismissive and the billing practices are unethical! Dr. Chang could not have cared less about why I was there or what my issue was and couldn't get out of the room fast enough. She couldn't even look me in the eye during my visit. Billing used the wrong code to bill my insurance causing my visit to be considered as "out of network" then they sent me to collections after not ONE SINGLE ATTEMPT to collect payment or notify me that I even had a balance...never once did I receive a bill from them until I received a notice from a collection agency...for double the amount supposedly owed! Neither my husband nor I have ever once been sent to collections. We have a very good credit score, we are not the type of people to avoid a bill, let alone allow something go to a collection agency! The women or "supervisor" in billing was SO unbelievably rude, NEVER have encountered someone so rude in my life! She was threatening, aggressive, insulting and beyond unprofessional! Better Business Bureau has been notified of these practices. AVOID this practice at all costs!
