  • The office visit was a complete waste of time. My elderly sister had to wait almost 2 hrs to see Dr H. It was only after I complained about how elderly patients should not have to wait so long did the Dr finally showed up. When he arrived, he obviously did not know why she was here & had to pull up her file on the screen to review hospital notes. He asked about her leg. She said it was her foot that was the problem. He said the foot is connected to the leg. My sister asked if he wanted her to remove her shoes to inspect her feet. He just asked her to walk so he could observe and then wanted her to make another appointment with him for a neurology test. He was referred to my sister when she was in the hospital.He saw her there twice so we couldn't understand why he didn't tell her there that she needed to schedule a neurology test instead of making her come to his office & wait almost 2 hrs to be told this. We definitely will not be returning to this office.
