Hugo's Cellar is a tribute to what steak restaurants used to be. They have a incredible menu with great appetizers. I'd recommend the escargot, lobster bisque, hot rocks and seafood platter. You can even just order appetizers and get full. The salad cart is a special touch, no one does that anymore. Food is cooked to perfection, unfortunately I'm always full by the end, so I haven't tried dessert yet. There is also a sommelier who will pair a nice wine with your dinner as well. Hats off...
