  • After living here as a good paying resident for 4 years, I was slammed with a $1,400 bill in endless overcharges, cleaning fees and inflated water bill. I lived in many apartment complexes and realized there is always some sort of "cleaning fee" but ...$1,400 was incredible excessive. Anyways, I made peace with the bill and called in only to dispute water portion of the bill. Prior to moving out my toilet had been running none stop (water problems has always been an issue here). I had 2 different maintenance people come out to fix it... When I vacated the toilet was still running. I received a final water bill for $87 and $116 in water charges (my normal bill is $40-50). When I called to dispute it... The person there "Denise" said that summer months are always inflated. I asked her to compare my prior summer months which did not have any inflation. She then said it was a proration of 2 months... I asked her for specific dates .. She provided me a date of about a a month and 1 week... I told her that even with a proration...the water charges for both months were inflated due to my water running constantly. Even if it was only $20-40 (at the least)... After being a good resident for 4 years I would expect some sort of courtesy or understanding. Denise said there was nothing I can do. Common sense tells me that my doubled water bill was a result of my constant toilet water issues. Even with my proof of repair the complex refused to assist me... So yeah! That's my review.
