  • This place is really horrible. The owner, Penny, is notorious for making you wait for very long periods during your visit. I've seen a few of her clients walk out of the salon because they had been waiting so long (in between her other clients). And don't ever tell her she's wrong. I've seen her tell people she works with and clients off to defend herself. She's pretty rough also. So, if you like rude people doing your hair and you like waiting forever then this is your place.
