| - I would like to preface this with the fact that this review applies to this Hampton, I have used Hampton many time before and enjoyed my stays. My husband and I were traveling on motorcycles and wanted to travel early morning, so as not to ride in the heat. I was told in order to check in early in the day we would need to book 2 nights. Not great news, because we wold be only sleeping there one night, but I do understand they have policies to follow. I booked this on the phone and explained our circumstances. When we arrived the man at the desk said since we "didn't show" the previous night, they cancelled our room, not just the previous night but that night as well. We received no call, text or email. The man at the desk did not offer to help nor did he apologize, he only called another Hampton in some other town when I asked him to. He kept saying a "night auditor" made the cancellation. We were so surprised. It was Sat in Vegas in Aug. Never again shall i go to, or recommend, this hotel. Of note, there was a man there who spoke with me who said he had his phone stollen from his room when he briefly stepped out.
