  • So I go I to cvs to get a print to be clarified. I understand they are busy and the clerk states they are busy she is the only one working. After 30 minutes waiting, her counter Mary comes back from lunch informed her I have been waiting a lot long time. Mary the nice lady she is proceeds to open boxes while I am standing there waiting. The other gal reminds her I need help. So instead of helping me who has been waiting over 30 minutes she proceeds to help the ppl who just went to the checkout line. The other gal wish I would have gotten her name finally came over to help me. CVS you need to train Mary in customer service! I work in customer service and she either needs more training or to be pulled off the floor. She never greeted me nor apologize for being rude. Don't think I will be going back and will report on the next store neighborhood app about how terrible there service is here! Very disappointed! That would never happen we we work or even be acceptable, someone would be held accountable. I was there 45min and they weren't even able to help. Unsatisfied customer!!
