I had to order a new set of keys... one key was MIA the other got slammed in the tailgate and bent... Oops!!! Ordering keys involved a run to the dealer with my ID and proof of ownership, and it was a tad inconvenient, but really I would prefer they make sure only a registered owner be getting keys made, so yeah for being safe. Got the keys ordered and when they arrived I took it in to get programmed. While I was waiting they comped me a salad which was delish and convinent because I was starved and hadnt had a chance to eat all day. Turns out wrong keys were ordered, apparently I had that once ever few years comes from a specific vault kinda key, but they made an imprint and had already ordered new ones, and were washing my Range, and told me the install would be free and so would a detail when I had a chance to bring it back in... so yeah there were a few hiccups, but recovery and customer service were amazing... and I love good customer service. Take note because this is how it should be done - there was a problem, they immediately found a solution, and then they added a little extra kindness just to make up for any inconveniences and it was just that fluid... way to go!
