I first I rarely feel the need to give a totally negative review, so I will not today. The receptionist was very nice. However, after waiting a month for a new patient visit, my daughter saw the doctor for about 30 seconds and was told that the person who does the cleaning waa not in today. She would need to come back at another time. I called the office to inquire about why I didn't receive a call PRIOR to coming in to let me know this pretty important detail. I was told that this how it Always is. New patients can only see the dr on the first visit. When I asked about an appointment for the cleaning she told me 60 DAYS from today! Unacceptable! I see from a previous review that new patients can see both the Dr and hygienist on the same day! Even so, this should have been discussed at the very beginning or at least during one of the appointment confirmation calls! Waste of time. Now I'll have to fight with insurance company to change dentists since the preventative care has already been started. This was NOT a Friendly Dental experience!
