  • Lesson from yesterday. When I buy something regardless of what it is I set myself a price and I do not go over. Due to I know what I can afford and what I cannot. Yesterday's car shopping was somewhat stressful. Car sales people playing the game of bait and switch, does not work well with me as they attempted to do at Hendrick Toyota Concord. Therefore I went to another dealership and purchased a car I wanted that suits me. As for Hendrick Toyota of Concord, I personally do not recommend anyone purchased a vehicle from there. The managers are rude as if you owe them something even though you are the customer. They entertain the game of bait and switch. The dealership is not what it use to be, it is high pressure,rude employees and the service is extremely lacking. There are too many car dealerships in the industry therefore do not be taken advantage of by Hendrick Toyota of Concord.
