  • If there was an option for no stars this location would get it. I've been to Dunkin's from Maine to Florida and across to the West Coast. I've never seen anything as horrible as this before. And it happens to be my local Dunkin' now. Devastated. The issue is 100% management. You can tell the employees here are miserable. I had hoped they were going out of business recently when they went about a month with no espresso and the only eggs they had was the vegetable one. The manager had told the employees to make whatever you ordered with the veggie egg and not say anything to the customer. Just see what happens...Anyway, we gave them one last shot today. We had to go back twice because just about everything was wrong. Never again. So not worth it. Someone recently opened an excellent Dunkin' only a couple miles from this one. The new Dunkin' is flourishing and rarely makes mistakes so I'm sure the Lake Vista location's days are numbered. A word to the wise, drive the extra distance. This place will only waste your time and irritate you.
