  • I've tried to give this place a ton of chances but the lady with red short hair is the worse. I got the tuxedo frap and mocha hot and didn't even do the design on them didn't even get a tuxedo style on the mocha I know it's just s drink but if there going to advertise the design at least live up to it. And this is my closest Starbucks. Every time I come here they mess up something. Every time. I just wish they would get people who are happy and care about the way the drink looks. If Ima pay 5$ for a nice looking drink the way I asked I shouldn't have to waste my time to come back to get it fixed. Update I keep going back to see if any thing changes. Nothing. Still messed up 9 out of 10 of my orders. And again today. I mobile ordered a latte with hazel nut. The lady straight lied to my face. I asked if she put hazel nut it in because I asked for it. She said yes. I taste it smell it. Not one whiff of hazel nut. I got one Yesterday and it was right (for once). So I came back in a hurry hoping it was right again but nope. I seriously get so flustered with this Starbucks.. I will not come back after this!
