  • WORST GAMESTOP EVER!!!!!! I pre-ordered 5games through this location (including halo 4 and black ops 2) and i went to get them at the midnight releases and it was ridiculous. Every other gamestop ive been to was better than this. Ive been to about 30 gamestops in my time and this is by far the worst. The staff is flaky and never knows whats going on. I won't be doing business here anymore. Everytime i pre-order something they are sketchy on the details and i'll ask them if there's gonna be a special edition and they never know for sure. They won't give you a call or email or anything if a spec edition does come out so you have to constantly check the website and be on top of it cause they sell out quicker than any other store. They don't generally tell new pre-order customers how exactly to go about picking the game up the day it drops. They just expect that everyone knows cause they do. YOU HAVE TO COME EARLY (like when the store opens) THE DAY OF THE GAME COMES OUT so you can reserve your spot in line so you're not waiting forever, then you come back at 11:30 and have to find your "group spot". Plus you're waiting in the friggen cold outside.......and they don't have any tournaments or anything or have a station where people can play the game early. People are constantly cutting in line and holding spots for people and the staff does nothing about it, they even told me they would police it on the day of black ops 2 but about ten people cut in front of me when i went to reserve my spot in line. My friend cancelled his pre order there so he could go to Target on 117th to get hardened edition which gamestop sold out of (he got one from target they had 6 just waiting). He got to wait inside in the warmth, play the game and got prizes. Never again kamms corners gamestop.......never again.
