  • I was gifted a 90 minute Pedicure from www.Groupon.com to "A perfect Sole" and they will not return any of my messages, both voicemail and texts since 4/28/17. The online phone number doesn't work, and the phone number provided on the Groupon sounds like a personal voicemail and when I leave a message and texts I don't hear back. I am very disappointed. I will be reaching out to my boyfriend to contact www.Groupon.com for a refund. Terrible customer service!! Reading other reviews, this doesn't look like I am the first person to have this problem.
