  • mix up/incollaboration at least 90% of the time. I have had nurses tell me I had to make DR appt then I go and she says no. then I have had my prescription called into a different place 5 times in 5 months. the usual hold for refills is 30 minutes. when I went to get the DPT vaccine it was not in stock. had to come back 3 months later. at least they did not charge. that was the 3rd time I went .
