This review is strictly for the driving range!
We went on a Saturday at 9a to hit a bucket of balls.
1. The ball machine was empty? Really?
2. We were told somebody was going to come fill up the machine.
3. Two customers stood around waiting while the kid scooped balls out of a trash can, through a machine and into milk crates.
4. We then waited while he loaded up a golf cart with all the milk crates.
5. We then waited while he drove around the building to the machine.
6. We then waited while he walked back to the clubhouse to get a key for the little room.
7. Then we waited while he filled the machine full of balls.
All this time, the ranger was walking back and forth getting carts out of the shack.
In my opinion, there were multiple times when either the kid or the ranger could have offered the 2 waiting customers a bucket of balls (even if it was small) rather than making us stand around and wait for the whole process to finish. I would have gladly paid, but come on, take care of your waiting customers. And yes, I should be patient, which I was. But I don't feel this was the proper way to handle waiting customers.
The reason I went up to 3 stars was because the of the grass tee boxes instead of mats. But, I don't plan on going back. I have too many other choices.
