  • I bought the voucher "$35 for a 90-Min Diamond Microdermabrasion Facial OR a Non-Surgical Facelift with Full Facial". I chose the Diamond Microdermabrasion treatment, but it took only about 10 mins for using the Microdermabrasion machine; the rest of the time was for cleaning, steaming and mask on my face........ make up to 90 mins in total. I totally understand that I need to pay tax for this voucher purchase; however, the store manager in Scarborough was very pushy and had reminded me twice to pay gratuities. I have bought facial package in some where else before, but never been asked for the gratuities. For $45 (including tax and gratuities) for this okay facial, I don't think it is a very good deal for "give it a try"! Kind of disappointed for today experience at Scarborough store.
