  • This will be the second time I've given this place a chance!! Never again. The last time I was here they took a layer of my skin off. That was over a year or so ago. Today I need my brows done! Emergency status! I called and they made me an appt at 3:40. Kids got done with school at 3:20. I literally brought 4 kids with me and rushed to make my appt. Because I used aczone last week on my chin, they made me get off the room bed and said I couldn't get my eyebrows waxed!! Wait, so I just rushed around for nothing?? The manager was so unhelpful and I tried to explain that I just waxed my brows yesterday at home, but I needed them groomed by a "professional" I also mentioned that an hour before my appt. when I called, she should have asked me the 3 simple questions before booking my appt!! Name change, allergies, medications. Would have taken her 2 minutes to ask as well as saved me the problems...NEVER AGAIN WILL I THINK ABOIT COMING HERE.
