I have had my issues in the past with this location insofar as their equipment goes. In my 10+ years of being their customer, I can say with all honesty there isn't one Bodyheat location I haven't tanned at.
So believe me when I tell you, my husband and I go to this location only because of the customer service Sam offers. He always, always greets us with a warm and friendly Hello! and asks how are days went. He remembers both our first and last names, and our bed preferences. He gets us in the beds briskly, and when our sessions are finished, asked if we enjoyed our tanning experience. As we leave, he tells us to take care and see you again soon.
Sam is a lovely soul with a genuine smile. In a business like tanning, which is certainly a luxury as opposed to a necessity, he is a gem!
