  • I have been to Terry's twice now as his shop is very conveniently located for me and I will not be back. Both times I have asked for a call once the issue had been determined before any work was done and both times I had to make the follow up call (sometimes it was multiple follow up calls before I actually got in touch with Terry). When I did follow up, the work had already been started without my okay to do so. I also researched the pricing as it seemed a little high and both times I found out I was being WAY overcharged (over $400.00 both times). To top things off, the last time I was in there was a woman in front of me who clearly knew Terry and was waiting to find out how much she owed him and he wouldn't let her pay. Doesn't seem right to me at all but I guess its his business and he can do what he wants. I am extremely disappointed and like I said, I will not be back.
