  • Wish I read reviews before renting thru them. They will deduct everything and anything they can from your security deposit! $300 for a few screw touch ups, mind you when we moved in there were already holes in every wall! So what are you fixing? I bet if I walk in to that apartment it'll be the same way I left it but yet we are getting charged for "repairs"
