rev:text	Every time I try to call it says call cannot be completed! They can't even keep their information accurate! Update: I had two packages delivered (I'll say Package A and Package B to make it easy). They gave me a slip to sign for Package B but gave me Package A!!! After a week I called and said I'm missing a package. They said there are no packages for me so I told them the tracking number which they replied with "You already signed for Package B". I said that is not possible because I never received it! After 3 months they finally called me and said I had a package sitting here for 3 months... I showed and and guess what??? It was package B!!!! thanks A-holes! Update 2: After using them for 3 years I am now transferring to a better store!!! The old man (don't know his name/not worth remembering) with one eye is unprofessional and rude! For the past 7 months we have been renewing on time/early and I go in every 2-4 weeks to pick up mail. EVERY time I go in he says I have NO MAIL... Finally I say "Are you sure there is no packages or mail for R*** or K**?" He said no, your Box is expired so we gave it to someone else?!?!?!?! FIRST OFF why would you not tell me months ago when i come in every other week?!?!? SECOND, he REFUSED to look up my account and said it is a waste of his time!!! THIRD!! He called me a rude young lady because I was NOT willing to come back another day.... I finally left after a half hour arguing with him and spent an hour drive wasted. Half way home, the IDOT called me and said "It looks like you renewed on * and are current on your bill. I'm not sure why we have been sending your mail/packages back" NO DUH MORON!! Long story short he has been charging us for a PO box for 3 years (including the past year) but for the past 6 months has been sending our mail back to the sender!!! He sold it to someone else while we were still paying for it which is ILLEGAL! We have been paying for a PO box that we have not been able to use!! Worst company ever! DO NOT USE THEM!! He apologized because he knew they F*ed up and offered a refund. ohhhh how nice..... NOT! I would have preferred my box back but Moron rented it to someone else! Might have a law suit on your hand UPS... Watch out...
