I was really hoping this update would have been better. The food is pretty consistent now, so they have that going for them. There is still a lot of room for improvement. My main gripe is that they have an app where you order thru the app, choose the pick-up time you'd like, and then 'skip the line' to pick up your food. I've done this twice now and both times I walk up to the register and tell them I'm picking up an order, and everyone just looks at each other for a second, then someone starts making my order that was supposed to be ready to go...
If I had to guess, I'd say the management here is pretty lax because the staff show it. It's not the typical staff member's fault though because attitude reflects leadership. If I was getting paid by the hour, and no one is going to make me hustle, why would I? A bit of structure would go a long way at this store.
A while ago I just put up with the lack of attentiveness from this location, because truth be told I love the food. But now that there is a Chipotle on the other side of town at Concord Mills, I've got options.
