  • I participated in the same class as Roma and I agree with her review. One third of the way through the class I was cursing myself for forgetting to bring a hair clip and dealing with lots of heat. But that's a compliment because the class was challenging without feeling to pretentious or exclusive. I heard small talk afterwards and it sounds like many of the participants actually do run, and I felt the poses were all great for stretching out the usual problem areas and strengthening overall. I really liked this instructor. She had a twinkle in her eye but she was watchful that students were not putting themselves at risk of injury. No holier-than-thou stuffiness. I arrived changed but there was only one bathroom so keep that in mind before class starts. Loved the many available props and complimentary use of yoga mats. I'd return here again!
