This place has AMAZING ice cream and sub-par customer service. Maybe this group of employees were having a bad day but the interactions with them left a distaste in my mouth. The first greeted me with as much enthusiasm as a child visiting great aunt Sue when he would rather be going to summer camp. Then when I explained this was my first time in.. she just stood there are stared at me. Then when I asked what her favorite in the store was, she refused to give me a recommendation and said that she didn't know what she liked. Lame. Whatever, so I'll pick my own. Thanks.
As I was waiting for my cookie to warm, I watched the other customer interactions and it was obvious I wasn't the only one that they acting this way towards.
At a place like this, I really do expect a certain energy from the employees. They need a cup of coffee or a pep talk by management or something.
