| - TireWorks is horrible, I have been through 2 sets of tires over the past 3 years and both sets failed due to improper workmanship in regards to balancing which caused both set to fail. The first set at 16k miles and now the second set at 14k miles. On the current set, the mechanics, after looking at the current set of tires and saying they were no good due to improper balancing, asked me what shop did the work. When I told them their shop did the work, he apologized. Fortunately I got a Tireworks no hassle warranty, so I thought I was good! NOPE!! The current manager told me he would not honor the warrant as the previous manager should have never gave me the warranty, due to the type of tire they put on my truck. The current manager advised he would put me into new tires at his cost of $285 per tire. I explained to him the tires are 1.5 years old and have less than 14k miles on them. The tires failed as a result of his shops workmanship and the warranty covers the tires as they are well under the road wear usage due to the aggressive nature of the tread! The manager said the best he could do was give me new tires at his cost! Now!!prior to replacing the first set with the current set of tires, they replaced an array of parts on my vehicle that didn't need to be replaced to try and solve a bouncing issue to include drive shafts, rims, u joints and suggested shocks and front end, which I replaced rather than having them do it due to replacing parts that did not solve the problem nor were bad! Tireworks even went as far as sending me to their competitors to have my vehicle and tires checked, which by the way said the tires were bad!! So in conclusion! Consumer know this, if you take your vehicle to Tireworks for any repairs, the current manager will not honor any warranties from past managers and will try and sell you and or replace parts that aren't bad! Good luck with the corporate office! The owner is an attorney so I was told by the manager and will not speak to her customers which brings into question the corporate oversight of their managers poor business practices!
