This Grand Canyon tour company is not disabled friendly. My dad, who is legally blind, had to give up his disabled seat for two non disabled people so they could get there perfect pictures. Then to top it off bus driver Rick laughed and said the company told him too. Then bus driver Rick did not drop us off at the designated hotel stop, so we had to walk a mile to our hotel. The food place they take you too is disgusting and you had 45 minutes to eat with all the other buses as well, so technically you have a 15 min lunch buffet. Horrible experience bad bus driver who didn't care for a disabled American vet. Please do not take there tours if you are elderly or disabled. This company doesn't care.
