  • As other reviewers have said on this and other sites, Dr. Heiland is quite arrogant and condescending. He was dismissive of some of my concerns and didn't seem to want to hear what I had to say. Another reviewer, Ken W., discussed his wife's visit, and it was eerily like mine - the doctor was condescending, presumed a nickname, and made odd statements. She was so uncomfortable that she walked out of the office. I sincerely wish I had done the same. He has many one-star reviews on three different sites, and most of them mention his condescending and arrogant attitude.
