| - I actually expect my groceries to be Fresh. I have somewhat lower expectations for Ease, but even so, grocery shopping is never rocket science. So the marketing (or at least the naming) of this grocery store did not sell me on it. The yelp reviews and a few in-person reviews convinced me to try it, however, and I'm SO glad I did! As I exclaimed to the unsuspecting woman who happened to be standing beside me during my first visit, "This store will change my life!" And it has. I love the single-person-sized pre-prepared meals. I use them for dinner, and I also take them for lunch at work. The store also stocks plenty of staple items, too, so that I don't need to go elsewhere for my regular food.
I don't like the self check out. I know I am too young to complain about technology, but so be it -- I'm always sure I'm doing something wrong, and I'm holding up the people behind me. It's stressful. Which is unfortunate after such a lovely shopping experience. Thankfully there has always been someone there to help, but I feel idiotic needing help, and what's Easy about that? The check out is the one thing I'd change.
All in all, I am a huge fan!
