The services are fantastic and the place is really nice as are the people. Only feedback (and I feel bad even calling them out for this but worth noting) is to meet the guests where they are at in terms of chattiness. I was asked so many questions - where I work, what work I do, do I have kids, their ages, am I married, how long, do I have weekend plans, is Christmas shopping done?
I used to be a massage therapist and to me this point is key to a good experience. While I appreciate friendliness I think there needs to be a bit more awareness on the customer's openness to talking. If answers are short then it's somewhat of a hint to not keep probing. In a crazy world sometimes silence is king!
The woman I had was very sweet so nothing against her - the brows look amazing - just felt over questioned. Not sure I'd go back because of it.
