I am really digging this new concept of fusion of foods. In this case, it's Japenese and Mexican, thus a sushi burrito.
I ordered: a custom sushi burrito:
Protein-spicy tuna and shrimp tempura
Wrapping-soy paper
Rice-white
Sauce-cilantro avocado yuzu and sweet eel
Addings-seaweed salad and tempura flakes
I would order the same exact burrito again. Imagine a poke bowl in a burrito. I've had Sushirito in San Francisco and I give them 4/5 stars just because their ingredients seem tastier and because they are the OG's when it comes to this sushi burrito craze.
This place is great for a quick, relatively inexpensive lunch. Service is decent and the place is clean.
