  • The station was empty as I entered having walked 5 min from Dundas West to reach hear. The layout is straight forward, pay with cash at the counter or tap in and out with presto. The man at the counter was nice enough. The airline kiosk could not help me print baggage tags, hardly UP express fault but still an inconvenience. My train was late by a few minutes, which was good for me as I was also late and could not have afforded the wait till the next one. Trains arrive 15min apart. The layout of the train is clean, it still has that new train smell, plenty of baggage storage. Once you arrive in the train, you are greater with the sound of a women politely speaking to you about your journey and the importance of taping out your presto card. The whole experience is a much more quaint version of Heathrow express or many other direct lines that connect major airports to major cities. Overall an acceptable experience.
