  • Excellent customer service here! Decided it was time to learn how to pencil in my eyebrows without looking like Tammy Faye Bakker. After 37 years you would think this wouldn't be hard but this required the assistance of the talented ladies at Sephora. It was a busy Saturday afternoon but I was promptly greeted and shown the various eyebrow pencils needed to make some sexy brows possible. After a brief demonstration I made my way up to the counter. That's when I realized I left my 20% off coupon at home and deleted the email off my phone. The lady behind the register went out of her way to find me another 20% off coupon. She went in the back and emerged victorious with a shiny new coupon. She didn't have to waste 5 minutes hunting for a coupon that I forgot. Very impressed with the staff working here and will be back soon to purchase more makeup goodies!
