| - Sometimes, a Smoke's poutine or Caplanski's smoked meat sandwich just won't do, and the homesick Montrealer just has to head back to the hometown. Porter is one of the better ways to do it. The quick shuttle from union and comfortable lounge equipped with wifi, computers, and coffee and snacks make getting out of town almost painless. Because of the arrival of Air Canada at City Centre Airport, you have to allow more time for security than you used to, but the process is still considerably smoother and more humane than at Pearson. Speaking of humane, I appreciate the relatively spacious seating, provision of snacks, beer, and wine, and generally non-surly staff. I've also found Porter relatively good at keeping passengers informed when there are delays.
