I have an issue with Bargain Barks and their Groupon. My husband went in today with our Westie with the Groupon. The experience wasn't good. It had been a year or so since my dog was groomed there as we usually go to another grooming business. Now, on the Groupon it lists in fine print "For first time customers only" I admit when I purchased it, I did not read the "fine print" and so my husband was informed they would not accept the Groupon. Online chat with Groupon's customer service did not resolve the issue either.
Upon reading others reviews who have had issues with this groomer, I am not going to gift the Groupon to anyone, including other family members as it wouldn't be a good idea. The young lady was rude to my husband, yet my husband wasn't rude to her. They apparently don't like their jobs or grooming people's beloved pets.
