  • Deb L'Esperance with West USA Realty sold us our beautiful home in August 2016. Words cannot truly express the blessing that she was to our family, but this review is sure to at least scratch the surface about the impact she made on not only our real estate transaction, but also our lives as a family. Deb was referred to us prior to our home search even begun. She had vested interest in our current home that was on the market and advised us with strategies that could possibly encourage the home to sell. We were in need of relocating and felt called to an area that was closer to my husbands work and amenities now that we were new parents. Once our home was in contract for sale, we were thrilled to get the opportunity to work with Deb, a realtor who had worked hard on building a relationship with us even before we were legitimately her clients. She began showing us around a variety of areas in the valley and really knew a lot about the communities; what areas have high resale value, popular amenities, school ratings, and much more information that we were very interested in obtaining during our home search. Deb met all of our house hunting needs as she was incredibly flexible, knowledgeable, and trustworthy each step of the way. When we found the house that is now our home, Deb was an encouraging and reliable agent as she aided us through the offering and counter-offering process, inspections, and addendums. Since the purchase of our new home was contingent upon our current house selling, the process was tricky, to say the least, but that did not ever phase Deb. She is a thorough communicator and extremely relational and she showed these admirable attributes continuously throughout our transaction and even offered full-time assistance for us with the inconvenient struggles that occurred on the selling end. Deb was there for us in so many ways and I would not only highly recommend her, but she will also be our realtor for life!
