  • TERRIBLE!!!!! I special ordered furniture over a year ago and never received the furniture or my money back. The furniture was months late, we ended up buying furniture elsewhere because we had no couches the whole time we waited. Once we purchased our couches elsewhere, they called and said they had our special order. We declined to have them delivered because we had cancelled already but they wouldn't give the money back. I ended up going through small claims court and winning! I had to hire an investigator to find the owner and have him served. He goes by multiple names and will never personally take you call. Right before the judge made the decision, I received a call from Wendy that she was authorized to write me a check for portion of what I went to court for. I declined and preferred to wait for the judges award. The judge awarded my money in full, to include all my out of pocket expenses (process server fee, court fees, mileage, investigator fees). I stopped by to show Wendy the award and request my check but naturally, the gentleman isn't available and she will pass it along. I am following up this week one last time and the next step will be to file with the court to garnish wages. So far, I have called over and over and they won't answer the phone because they have caller ID. During my small claims court process, I discovered he has had multiple small claims suites and lost them all. This is public information on Maricopa County. I would no buy from this store EVER!!! They are all in on the scam, unprofessional, and unethical! Mike, Jason, Wendy, Amin, and every sales person on the floor. ALL SNAKES!
