| - This is my favorite hotel on the Vegas strip, hands down (and it was my first and selected choice for having my wedding ceremony here!).
The reasons I love the Wynn:
1. Decor: OH MY JESUS. Their floral game is ON FLEEK (I didn't expect anything less for my wedding bouquet) and they use fresh flowers for everything! $$$$$ The "garden" (near the entrance) is a fantastic photo op for everybody. I also love their seasonal decor during the holidays.
2. Rooms: The beds make it SO hard to get out of because of the plush pillows and high thread count sheets. And the VIEW... goodness! Your view will either be of the Las Vegas strip or the lush golf course behind the hotels. The bathrooms are spacious (there's even a TV inside so you can watch something while you get ready) and they have fancy products!
3. Nightclubs: In addition to having such a great hotel, the Wynn properties are also the hosts of XS, Surrender, and Encore Beach Club, which have won multiple awards for being the top dayclubs or nightclubs in the US.
4. Shopping: I have seriously died and gone to heaven because I've woken up in a luxe shopaholic's dream! You can find high end retail labels such as Chanel, LV, Gucci, Alexander McQueen, Christian Louboutin, Givenchy, Dior... the list goes on. Plus they have many limited edition or "hard to find" pieces at their stores here!
5. Accessibility to Encore: There's a tunnel connecting the Wynn and Encore hotels which makes it easy to hop from hotel to hotel.
6. Dining: They have a great selection of dining here! I'm not a big fan of the buffet but I really enjoyed my meal at Andrea's.
7. Service: All of the service that I've encountered here has been impeccable (especially the front desk and the bell hop!). They are always so nice to you, no matter how you're dressed.
8. Casino: If you're a gambler, this casino is classy. I've encountered friendly experiences with the dealers and the pit bosses. FYI: The minimums are usually higher than other casinos on the strip.
9. Pool: YAS YAS YASSSSSSSSSSS. They have TWO pools, one being a 21 and over area with European bathing (however, I've only seen one person topless during my experiences here). There are servers that will keep your drinks flowing. The food selection isn't too wide but it's mainly finger foods. If you love Bloody Marys, they definitely know how to make them real tasty here!
Overall, this is a top of the line hotel that earns its 5-diamond status. It's pricey compared to other hotels on the strip, but you definitely get what you pay for at the Wynn.
